Of course we have competitors that offer with a 'lowest price guaranty', free extras or show pictures from new models but deliver only the old models.
Many of our competitors offer products they do not have in stock and have delivery delays of a few weeks up to several months.
Not with Baby Jungle: almost all of our products are available from stock and can be delivered immediately!!
If an article is not in stock at Baby Jungle, it is mentioned while you place the order.
A short delay of a few days can be necessary though.
At Baby Jungle you can be sure to get the right products, including manufacturer's warranty and honest and clear advice on what to buy. Of course you are welcome to visit our shop in Aalsmeer (5 km's south of Amsterdam).
Generally all accessories are available as well at Baby Jungle, preventing you to look elsewhere for additional items you would like to purchase as well.
If repairs are needed, you need to contact us. We can send you the required spare parts or you can return your product to allow us to do the repairs. Most of the spare parts we have in stock. You have to return the product(s) yourself to us though.
When you have placed an order, you can choose to pay with a credit card (Master or Visa), Paypal or by money transfer from bank to bank. Below an indication about the shipping times in combination with the payment method.
Payment by credit card or PayPal: shipping the next work day.
- Money transfer from bank to bank: shipping will take place after we have received your payment in our bank account. Our bank details are :

- we do not ship on COD, nor payment afterwards.
Do you want to pick up your order yourself, you can also pay in our shop by credit card, PIN or cash.
When you registrer, you give us an address to invoice you, but you can choose for another address to have your order delivered.
TIP: It might be handy to do the delivery at your working address.
If you have a complaint about your order, please contact us. We do need basic information such as your name and address and order number before we can handle your complaint.
Tip: send us an email with a picture of the defect, this might speed up solving the problem.
You can also file a complaint using the ODR platform on: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. On this platform you will find links to dispute comittees from several European countries, enabling you to file a complaint in your own language.
The personal information that you give us when you place an order, such as name, address, telephone number and email are used only for handling your order by us and will never be sold, exchained or traded with to any third parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order.
After we have shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail to confirm we shipped your order. Later you will receive an email with Track&Trace details (not always for small parcels).
We ship orders after receipt of your payment. Payments made by credit card or PayPal are confirmed to us immediately and we ship such orders the first work day after receiving your order. Have you choosen to pay by a bank to bank money transfer, we ship after the amount is added in our bank account.
Tax and VAT
The prices displayed in our webshop are including our national 21% VAT and the shipping costs displayed (when you order) are for shipping within the Netherlands.
On each page you can choose the country of destination and when you do, the shipping costs to that country are added to your order. If the destination is outside the European Community, the VAT will be deducted.
In such cases, you will have to pay VAT or importtax in the country of destination.
