We ship orders after receipt of your payment.
Payments made by credit card or PayPal are confirmed to us immediately and we ship those orders the first work day after receiving the order.
Have you choosen to pay by a bank to bank money transfer, we ship after the amount is added in our bank account.
The prices displayed in our webshop are including our national 21% VAT and the shipping costs displayed (when you order) are for shipping within the Netherlands.
On each page you can change the country of destination and when you do, the shipping costs to that country are added to your order. If the destination is outside the European Community, the prices displayed are excluding VAT.
In such cases, you might have to pay VAT or importtax in the country of destination.
After we have shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail or tekst-message with Track&Trace details (not always for small parcels). This might take a few days if the destination is outside the EC.
